"You emailed me a little while ago asking me if I was still interested in the DVD colour box course. At the time, I was just beginning another correspondence course via the UK in Image Consulting / fashion styling, and was sure the content of the colour part of the course would suffice. However, now that I've almost finished the colour module, it turns out it's very vague and definitely not enough for my business. I still don't know how to use the 60 starter drapes I bought from you as there was only about a half page for each tonal type. And the descriptions made me confused as middle eastern women have different skin tones / eye colors in comparison to the ones mentioned in the text book. I couldn't classify a few of my friends. What I like most is the fact that there is ongoing support on your side, that is really important. Here in Syria we have such a diverse spectrum of looks and individual colouring and my main concern is that the training can apply to all origins. Do you think that the course is suitable for me in that regard? I was quite upset to find out that I still don't know where I fit in the tonal approach according to the other company's manual. When I had my colours done, I was told I was a warm Spring. Now I'm second guessing my own wardrobe!! I have another two ladies coming together early November, a mother and daughter, on the same basis. The only thing I am wondering is about the cost, £xx, which I will be charging after Christmas. "I have been enjoying your responses and I found the course very illuminating. My earlier training was a tonal system and I found it a bit confusing as I was rather locked into the seasons. It makes much more sense to me now and also helps explain why I never could decide about my friend who is primarily soft but somehow not a Summer and not quite warm enough for Autumn - though I think she is heading that way. I would definitely give her a tonal wallet now. What I did then was sort out colours that suited her rather than putting her into a season. Don't feel so bad about it now."
